Never disappoint you
I have been ordering from bannerbuzz for long time and they have never disappointed me. Amazing quality and very good prices.
Sign burned out a few days after delivery. No response from Privilege customer support.
No respones received, multiple times we have had this issue. I purchased replacement power supplies for the signs, and now they work. We have had 4 signs burn out, 1 of which caught on fire and melted entirely. The others had a failure of the power brick supplied by BannerBuzz with the units, which has typically failed within anywhere from 4 days to around 5-6 weeks after purchasing. I've repeatedly addressed this issue and I am a repeat customer, having purchased this item >100 times and it still does not get addressed. Currently looking for an alternate sign supplier due to lack of proper handling on this. I'm supposed to be in their Privilege level, which is a higher tier customer. I think I got more response as a regular customer. Very frustrating

Delighted with my custom neon sign
I was skeptical... they made it look great when I designed the sign online. But I'm a believer now! The entire process was flawless from start to finish. The sign was exactly as shown. They sent a proof for me to approve, then built the sign in less than a week. I was terrified that it would arrive broken but the packaging was reinforced with angle iron and well padded. Shipping was fast for such a large item (127 inches × 18 inches). I contacted customer service at the beginning of the process and they were friendly, knowledgeable and addressed my concerns immediately. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and enthusiastically recommend this company.
Adds Glow to My Room
I love how this sign adds such a calm glow to my room every evening. The neon color is soft and warm—just what I wanted. Shipping took a bit longer than expected, but once it arrived, I was super happy with how it looked and worked. It’s a lovely addition to my space.
Just What I Needed
I needed a fun light-up name sign for my kid’s room and this did the trick. My child was so excited to see their name glowing. It’s not overly bright which is perfect for nighttime. I think it’s a great addition to any kid’s space.
Looks Good in My Studio
Bought this for my small recording studio and it fits in so well. It’s a simple design but really stands out on camera. I just wish there were more font choices to pick from. Still, I’m happy with the way it turned out and would recommend it.
Great for My Bedroom Wall
I ordered a custom neon sign for my bedroom and it looks really great. The color is just what I picked and it adds a nice vibe to my room. The brightness is good enough but not too harsh. I’m happy with how it turned out and the setup was simple too.
Better Than Expected
The product was better than expected. I was not sure how it would turn out but it surprised me. The design matched the preview exactly. The quality of the board was nice too. One point off because I had to message customer support for tracking. Still a good experience.
Very Useful for Events
We used the sign at our engagement event and it really brought everything together. People loved it and took so many pictures. It was delivered on time and looked just like the mockup. The wire could’ve been longer, but overall the look was great.

Used the neon sign for my birthday party and it was a hit. Everyone took pictures with it. The color was exactly as I selected. It was slightly smaller than I imagined but still looked amazing. It was easy to hang and worked right away.
Lovely Addition to My Café
The neon sign was a lovely addition to my small café. It definitely catches the eye and my customers always compliment it. I just wish the cord was a little longer. Other than that, the brightness and color are exactly what I wanted. It looks amazing during the evening hours.

The neon looks fancy at night. It brings out a good glow and the font was just what I had picked. There were no spelling mistakes and it was well packed. I like how it looks in the background of my reels. It gives my room a fun look.
Got Many Compliments
Got many compliments on the sign already. It’s hanging in our hallway and everyone notices it. I picked a soft yellow and it looks lovely. The acrylic is clear and the design was spot on. Just took a while to arrive so leaving one star off.
