I used the BannerBuzz design template. It was easy to utilize and made the proof verification very easy. It has a lightweight design, great colors/print and our meeting attendees loved using it to capture some great photos.

I've ordered multiple times, but this order was flubbed because I asked them to combine two items for shipment and that was too much for their automated program to manage. The amount of emails (duplicates) was insane.

Frames need cut outs - RIGHT?
They came without cut out. It was just a BOARD - Not A FRAME! You suggested I cut them myself for 20% off. RIDICULOUS! And the orientation was vertical when I APPROVED HORIZONTAL. The entire job was botched and you made me go into the office on a holiday weekend to send measurements with a ruler in the picture and the shipping label because YOUR OWN COMPANY can't figure out which vendor they came from. It was a disaster from start to finish!

Purchased these for our Little Kickers badge awards. They are excellent quality and great fun for the children to take photos in with their football friends. Brilliant value for money too. Really happy with the purchase and would highly recommend this company.

We recently ordered three of these selfie frames for an event. We created the graphics based on Banner Buzz's template and they came out perfect! Printing quality was wonderful too. I would definitely recommend this product and wouldn't hesitate to order again.

Shipment wasn't delivered on time for the event
I paid for expedited shipping which required a signature upon delivery. I contacted FedEx to remove the signature requirement, but they refused. Since I was at work and not home to sign, I left a note asking them to leave the package, but they didn't. As a result, we didn't have the item for the gala. I had to ship it to another address because the FedEx store was two hours away, and now we're stuck with a large box that won't be used after paying 100+.

The team worked with me to ensure my frame was of a good quality and immediately sent a replacement when the first one was damaged in transit. Delivery time was also as per the website which was impressive given printing outside Australia.

Great Party Prop!
I am about to launch my second book. For the first book launch party I bought a custom selfie frame from BannerBuzz, and it was a fun prop to take photos with all of my guests. The cover of the book and the title are printed on the frame, so it is in every shot. It was so great, I just ordered a new frame for my upcoming second book launch.

Did not arrive in time. Could not use. They sent me an email and then sent amounted one that said ignore that and it sat on limbo forever.
