We love our Christmas Fayre Banner. I'm no graphic designer and had trouble uploading a file that would be suitable (that when stretched wouldn't look funny) the editing department were so patient and as a will of good gesture designed the banner for me using all the graphics I wanted. It looked exactly as we wanted! They are very good on price and the quality of the material is 100%. We will be coming back to get our Summer Fete Banner done next year.

Complicated
I had to send 5-6 emails chasing the proof. It was very hard to get the proof with the details I wanted done due to language restrictions or lack of understanding what we wanted done (although it was quite simple). Once that was done, it went well.

I ordered ultra premium vinyl and it definitely looks and feels that way. The band logo I submitted is large and clear, no bleeding, sharp edges. Delivery time was good too especially as it appeared to be shipped form India. Will deffo use again

It was late.
Great quality. Exactly what I ordered. Paid extra to have it on time. Shipping was almost as much as the banner. But that was my choice cause I ordered it last minute. It had a guaranteed arrival date. And it wasn't delivered on time.

Late Delivery and No Follow Up
Our banners we ordered for the 4th of July, and paid for shipping for them to arrive on July 2nd, never arrived until July 7th. We called multiple times for updates to which we were recited the typical talking points from the customer service rep about shipping arrival success percentages. We called back 3 times and when they weren't successfully delivered on time no one cared enough to reach out, after saying they would.

No where on the uk wed site was it stated printed and dispatched from India. Paid extra to have it within 5 days but it was stuck at the airport in India not bannerbuzz UK
