Second time - well packaged and received in one piece!
We are keen to provide a review on the frosted, acrylic company wall sign which has been done well, the production team worked with us on right colours and all the details to achieve our full satisfaction. First time the sign arrived broken due to mishandling by delivery company. The Banner Buzz improved their packaging and the customer service to was brilliant to resolve our issue and sent the sign out to us second time in very super fast manner. We have received the wall sign in perfect condition and we are keen to leave a very positive feedback. I will recommend the company - very professional and kept me well informed using updates and emails.

The sign arrived and appears well made. The problem is the mockups they gave me made it appear black lettering wouldn't work when it would've been better. They also talked me into charging more money for full color which also wasn't necessary.

Great service - even when initial proof was not fitting the frame, a quick phone call sorted everything - very pleased with finished article, good quality feel and looks great, despatched quickly, arrived very well wrapped and protected
Expected a better product
I thought the quality of the print was poor. The image should have been more vivid or the frosting less transparent to improve the ability to read the image

Read some of the reviews on trustpilot and seemed a bit hit and miss. However, my item arrived on time and was exactly as I ordered. Good quality/price and looks great (it was a frosted acrylic rectangular sign). Very happy with it!
Good product, slow delivery
Good product however showed up a few days late and I had paid for express delivery. When contacting customer service team, they were not helpful and just messaged once it had been delivered to confirm it has been delivered.
