Worst service I have ever ever come across. I ordered a pavement sign well in advance of an event we are hosting and even paid for express shipping with a specific delivery date. I heard nothing from Banner Buzz, haven't even received my order yet and after getting in touch with them multiple times and explaining the situation, they had the audacity to offer a refund for only half of my shipping fee. They should have refunded the whole thing as they've just ruined the event for us.
