Sturdy and Light
Not too difficult to put together, comes with an organized carrying case, which makes everything easier

The banner stand was unstable, not to mention the system came with zero instructions and as we were using the banner, it would slowly slide down, tilt and even fall. Not impressed.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. The banner arrived quickly, the print quality is fantastic, and the colours look exactly how I imagined. Great value for money and really helpful communication throughout. Highly recommend!
OK---but...
The base "feet" are not heavy enough to securely support the actual banner when assembled without added weights on top of them.
This stand gives the banner the perfect look.
This is the best banner stand easy to assemble and take down. The perfect compliment to the banner.

Terrible experience ordering from this company. I ordered these two banners for an Open Day event at our University. I specifically paid £100 extra for express delivery to ensure it would arrive in time. Delivery was due on 10th September, with the event being on 13th. At the time of writing, it is 22nd September and still only one part of my order has arrived. I called the customer service team who were helpful to be fair to them, but it is clear nothing was going to be done to ensure I received my items unless I had gotten in contact. The company take little responsibility for ensuring the items get to you once they have been created and sent off for delivery. The items are shipped from India and have to go through many checks which can delay things. They used UPS as the courier in the UK who claimed they were unable to find the address I provided, but made no effort to get in contact with me, despite me having provided a contact number.
Was sent in a second shipment
This was sent seperately than the banner and and arrived even later. This is for a touring artist. This was quoted to arrive ontime but arrive 4 days late. We then had to spend $800 USD to get this shipped all over Europe to meet with the tour team and now it cannot be used as the tour is getting reasy to wrap. We will be requesting a refund
BANNER DOESN'T STAND UP ON IT'S OWN... WE NEED TO LEAN IT UP AGAINST A TABLE FOR IT TO STAND UP STRA
I love the banner, but the legs to the banner don't have any tools to keep the bar locked in. The upright poles just sit in the legs and are not sturdy. Please help! It's a waste of money if I cant even get the darn thing to stand up. UGH
