Looks great once assembled, but it was a bit tricky to put together. The instructions weren't very clear, and a few of the threads didn't line up properly, so it's not as sturdy as it could be

Terrible experience ordering from this company. I ordered these two banners for an Open Day event at our University. I specifically paid £100 extra for express delivery to ensure it would arrive in time. Delivery was due on 10th September, with the event being on 13th. At the time of writing, it is 22nd September and still only one part of my order has arrived. I called the customer service team who were helpful to be fair to them, but it is clear nothing was going to be done to ensure I received my items unless I had gotten in contact. The company take little responsibility for ensuring the items get to you once they have been created and sent off for delivery. The items are shipped from India and have to go through many checks which can delay things. They used UPS as the courier in the UK who claimed they were unable to find the address I provided, but made no effort to get in contact with me, despite me having provided a contact number.
Did not arrive ontime
This is for a touring artist. This was quoted to arrive ontime but arrive 4 days late. We then had to spend $600 USD to get this shipped all over Europe to meet with the tour team and now it cannot be used as the tour is getting reasy to wrap. We will be requesting a refund
