Could be better as the letters fell off the wall the next day and broke.
I wanted to reach out regarding my recent purchase/installation. Unfortunately, the quality did not hold up as expected. The letters that were attached to the wall fell off the very next day, and when they fell, several of them broke. This was really disappointing, especially considering the time and money spent on this project. It seems that the adhesive or method used to mount the letters wasn't strong enough to keep them securely in place, which resulted in damage and made the display unusable. Because of this, I believe a refund or partial reimbursement would be fair to cover the loss and inconvenience. Please let me know how we can resolve this matter. I'd really appreciate your help in finding a solution, whether that's a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Broken Order. No aftersales
Ordered arrived really prompt. However one of the letters were damaged. Emailed them to inform them of this. Was told to create a ticket then got an email to tell me it had been closed and had no further contact from them

I ordered acrylic letters & you put the foil clearly on the wrong side & tried telling me I was looking at them wrong which is a shame otherwise the product would have been perfect. I am now having to peel off the foil & put it on the correct side myself.

Unfortunately none of the letter locators matched the template that I paid extra for to make fitting easier this was extremely disappointing

Terrible after sales
We haven't received them Paid over £100 plus. Item was supposedly delivered when we are on holiday The letters are for a grande opening this Tuesday The item has been signed apparently by a name no one knows or the one neighbour next door which is a business No doorbell footage of attempted delivery Have been emailing for over a week with same outcome that a name has signed Well there is no need for two sets of letters outside a building so it is obvious we haven't received Called and it's a foreign helpline that has promised to get to the bottom But all I have had since is this asking for a review! 3 days to our grande opening of our building and this company have let us down!
