I have had a terrible experience. Ordered one, was charged and shipped two. Called right away to have order fixed however was on hold for hours, tried chat service and no response, emailed and email was returned. I want to return my product and can't. Honestly soooo disapointed with the lack of service.

Size of bag detailed in product spec to what was delivered is completely different and has to be returned. Have been contacted to provide photos of size. This has been provided however no response from Banner Buzz

Damaged product and poor customer service
I received my order but the product has defects. The travel bag has 2 holes, one seam undone and had dirt marks. And the canopy fabric has over 10 dark spot/stain marks. Not impressed, this is supposed to be a new product. If this company intends to sell to people used tents, perhaps mention that on the product page, as I thought I was buying a quality product in new condition. And that is far from what I received. I tried to call the company, but it went to voicemail, left a message, and was never called back. I chatted online with their help desk, and told me to raise a ticket for my issue and they said that I would get assistance for this ticket within 24-48h. It has been over 3 days now and they still have not reached out to me to help me resolve my issue.

I didn't end up using the bag because it didn't come on time. BUT I'm still leaving a review because Banner Buzz had the best customer service I have ever experienced. They owned the mistake without any defensiveness and offered me a refund. I'm really pleased with this company. They are light years above Print Globe in quality, customer service and ease of ordering…all at half the price. I'm over the moon happy and will continue to tell everyone how great Banner Buzz is.
