Never received item - terrible customer service
Absolute waste of space company. Sent my items to a drop off despite me paying for home delivery. Never informed me it was sent elsewhere. No communication about package. When I raised with customer service I was gaslit that I had missed all their emails - I had not, and yes, I know how to check a junk mail folder. Asked for a refund as my items arrived after the event I needed them for. Got ghosted.
Product was great - delivery was not
I had specifically ordered these as they met a particular delivery deadline. They ended up delivering over a week late. I contacted multiple times about cancelling the order as they were for a particular event that needed to meet the deadline. They were unable to help. I wanted a refund as they are not usable

Really pleased with the purchase. True colour and design. Unfortunately delivered to a drop off point instead of my address. UPS tracking located them so I had them just in time for the event.
