Fantastic service and great final print
I am replacing some old banners I had made with Bannerbuzz a few years ago... they lasted ages outdoors but were beginning to look tired so ordered the new ones.
High quality banner perfect graphics
High quality thick vinyl with perfectly resized enlarged image. 5 stars. Very highly recommend.

I wanted to replicate a team baner for our reunion that wasn't able to be used. However I wanted to have it made larger. Last's year's banner had photos in it. The techs at Banner Buzz advised me the larger size was not properly proportional and would result in some fuzziness. In the photos. After discussion, it was eventually agreed that they would make the same size as before. When completed and I was shown the proof, one of the grommets blocked one of the faces. BannerBuzz went back to work and adjusted the photo so the grommet was no longer interfering. All of this took time but they patiently worked with me until it was "ready for primtime!"
Best avoided
Good price but poor quality: grommets rusted after first use, print quality isn't great, size is not accurate, and the printed surface scratches very easily.
Matte banner
The banner is really great only thing I am really disappointed with is Banner Buzz wont stitch the top the pole pockets stitched together to actually hold up the banner - I now have to find someone and pay for it to be done

Really poor quality - bleeding
Really poor quality - bleeding and smudged type on stickers - not consistent. Plus they cut the end of my logo off. Avoid would not recommend

If I could give a zero I would but it's not permitted. I'm still waiting on my refund because product was delivered longer than a week late of promised and later than the date they gave. Why because product is shipped from another country across the world. Shipping was over $100 and they don't tell you that. Can't get anyone on the line unless its late night. They say they operate out of Ga but production is somewhere in another continent.

Scratches Easily, Doubt It'll surive Long
Color was an average matte finish and didn't "POP". The coloring probably met my expectations for cost. Thickness of the material was as expected, for the cost. Unfortunately, this scratched very easily and there were lines on the front from having rubbed against someone during shipping and unboxing. A bit disappointed but again, get what you pay for...
Artwork review not good enough
Not at all what I asked for and when I called to explain EXACTLY what I wanted I was told it would be passed on to the design team. I told them the artwork I was sent approve does not show proportion. He said he would send me that... nope never arrived. SO I trusted that the info was passed on and approved it. I even sent an email SHOWING the proportion I wanted. What a waste.

The banner was easy to design and order. It came in surprisingly quick. It was well made and exactly what I designed and ordered. I would definitely order from Banner Buzz in the future.
The result for colour and
The result for colour and the material was not I expected it was darker from the design I sent. Quality is good.
