You really need to put a stick or something to hold the head with.

Terrible
Ordered with expedited shipping and item still didn't make it in time. Purchased it for my wedding. When calling support they were supposed to call back from another department and it took them over a day to call, in fact, i had to call back. I had to resay my whole issue every time i had to call back to different people.

Very poor experience. Products didn't come on time after paying for express shipping and then when told I would receive a refund, also didn't happen as told.
Frustrating to pay for services that aren't received and then be told they would make things right with a refund and also didn't happen.

I ordered this and paid $50 to have it expressed ship for a wedding reception. It did not make it in time and actually arrived 3 days late.

Great experience! Did exactly what I needed using the pics sent. I didn't have to reformat or send as a vector file which a lot of places ask for. Any changes I made was done quickly and my questions were answered.

Inaccurate description
Item description said 12 x 18 and what we received was 12 x 10. To keep it proportionate, they decided to go way smaller rather than bigger to save materials I'm guessing, but the product was not what we expected at all and were unable to use them in the way we had planned.

Paid for faster delivery, and it was not successful in getting it here on time.
As expected, without a stick
The cutout was good, nice quality. I was surprised it didn't come with a stick to mount on the back. That became something else I had to figure out in the last moment before a game, as my shipment was significantly delayed and arrived right before I needed to leave.
Paid for rush delivery, arrived two days later than promised and after the event
Biggest waste of over $100 in my 40+ years of event planning. I ignored others who said not to trust them. You shouldn't ignore the warning. The items arrived after the party (I explicitly asked not to take my order if they couldn't guarantee arrival), I also paid over $40 Cdn for priority shipping. The items were late and BannerBuzz does not care, will not refund.
