Fantastic Product!
We recently ordered two of these self-standing displays for an event - they are fantastic! When our artwork wasn't exactly to-size, Banner Buzz's graphic team worked endlessly to make them PERFECT! Easy to set up too! I wouldn't hesitate to order these again next time we need displays.
Overall a good product
Pleased with the product as a whole. Frame is light and easy to assemble and dismantle. Pantone colours and quality of cloth was good. The only thing which was disappointing is that from the images online, it looks like the cloth covers the entire frame including the back. So it was a bit disappointing to see that the cloth only covers the sides in addition to the front. Overall a good product.

Disappointed
I ordered it on October 3,2024, I asked them to send me the "proof" before printing and I responded the final copy and said if i paid $90 extra I could get it by Friday October 18,2024. I paid the extra $90 and i did not receive it. They refused to give me a refund when I inquired about it and said I would receive it Monday October 21,2024…. Which is after my grand opening, which is useless at that point.
Terrible Instructions
We have just spent over an hour trying to figure out what was wrong with the stand, until we realised that there were feet (which is not in the instructions at all) and that we had the stand the wrong way around. It would be good if you could include instructions for the feet, or even just highlight the direction it should stand, which way is up? Especially considering we bought the 8ft x 8ft, so same size each way.

BUYER BEWARE: IT IS NOT 8 X 8!
We designed a 20 X 20 booth design around having two 8 X 8 backdrops. We had a stand with a back lit sign of our logo built to match so that everything would be able to line up flush. However, when we received the signs, they are 7.5 x 7.5. I reached out to Banner Buzz but they said that it is ADVERTISED as a 7.5 x 7.5. As of today (Sept 8,2023), that is not listed on the website anywhere. Beware of FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! The only reason I am giving two stars is because the sales associates on the front end were very nice and helpful.

Ignored order instructions
Bannerbuzz completely ignored printing the artwork I sent with my order. I had twice spoken to different people to determine if I could have a bespoke printed artwork instead of the repeated logos they showed on their site for this product. I was assured I could and to include special instructions for this. I submitted artwork for only one logo in the top left corner but what happened? The product delivered was the generic repeated logos they offered in their product illustration. What sort of service is this?
Stressful shipping process
There's no indication that your order isn't being printed locally and in fact, is shipped from India. This makes for confusion and stress, especially as when ordering through the BB system it seems to swap Billing and Shipping addresses on the order. If you have tight deadlines and don't want to worry about your order being delivered to the wrong state, don't use Banner Buzz.
