Not bad
Better communication is needed as well as customer support. It took 2 weeks for a question to be answered that would changed my order to a different material.

Suburb quality
I was genuinely shocked at the amount, quality and vibrant colors captured in the print. The colors are true to the graphic, and I couldn't be more pleased how it turned out.

Awesome support with design that needed some adjustment, but disappointed that grommets were not also included as per the order, that was custom requested pole and grommets.

Got it perfect eventually
First banners sent were of less quality than previous orders. I communicated the issues and they sent corrected banners. In the end I am very happy with the order.
Not delivered
0 stars. Banner not delivered. Communication with banner buzz about this issue was completely unhelpful - offering me to re-purchase the banner for a discount (I assume this too may not be delivered)
Bannerbuzz is awesome!
The banners I ordered look great! Bannerbuzz was able to redesign the supplied artwork in a very timely manner at no extra charge. The turnaround time for production and shipping was very swift. Excellent communication throughout the process. I will definitely order from Bannerbuzz again!
Delighted with end product
Needed a banner for ages and kept putting off ordering it as I found the process difficult. I eventually contacted the company for help and it was all plain sailing from then on. Customer services were amazing and responded quickly.
School Banner
The banners came out even better than we thought! We were able to use the banner at our Catholic Schools Mass and it looked beautiful!

We ordered 4 printed cloths for our big event - banner buzz promissed it would get to us by 15th of october, worse case scenario by 16th - we needed it for 17th - we only got it on 21st of october. We cldnt use it and it was an important part of our event's visual. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Really Bad Service
I ordered a sublimation 48 x 48 banner with grommets. I had no idea it was being done in India! I needed it by a certain date. I ordered it 2 weeks ahead of time. It took a month! Bad Service!
