Me: Not even close. I want to return and receive my money back. I do not want this baby. Please send me a return label to return for full refund. You really shouldn't sell things that you don't have. Plus it has a harsh smell.

I ordered a 16 inch soft silicone reborn doll through them, along with an outfit set and an accessory pack for the purchased doll and another doll my daughter already has, with my purchase total coming to $138.41 after taxes and shipping. When my package arrived, the only thing in it was a doll that once opened was clearly made of hard plastic and when measured was only 11 inches long. I waited 3 more days to see if any other packages arrived, and nothing ever did. I tried to reach out to Babeside customer service a few times and got nowhere. I left a bad review about them on Facebook and they emailed me. I asked them to make it right and they offered me 10% of my money back. I told them absolutely not, and stated the only things I would accept was a full 100% refund, or to send me the 16 inch full body soft silicone doll that I had initially ordered or another model similar to it. I told them I would take their cheapest model and would pay the difference if need be and I would send the plastic doll back. They then offered me a 15% refund to which I declined and restated the only things they could do to rectify the situation. They then agreed that if I would pay the difference, that they would send me another doll that met the specifications I listed. So I spent 3 hours pouring through everything on their website, making sure I read every product listing so that this same thing didn't happen again because my daughter has been so upset about this baby because she's been asking for one of them for over 2 years and worked so hard in school this year to earn this present. I picked out another doll that met my specifications and emailed them letting them know this. I informed them that the difference between my initial order and this order would be $52.47. They responded and informed me that they would only be crediting me the amount I paid for the doll, not my order in total even though I never received anything in the order except for the doll. I finally got so fed up with going back and forth after I spent over 6 hours emailing back and forth with their customer service (who refused to meet me anywhere in the middle) and trying to find another doll to replace the first doll with that I just decided to cut my losses. I should've believed all of the horrible reviews I initially seen about them and never purchased anything from their company to begin with. Their customer service members are rude, inconsiderate, lacking empathy or sympathy, and think they are always right about everything. I will not be purchasing from this company ever again. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I will be telling anybody who will listen to use any company other than this one moving forward.

I ordered twin dolls for my daughter with VIP handling. I went with this company because of local US shipping and 30 day money back guarantee. We had issues with the dolls including zippers that took tools and Herculean effort to get up and down; and coo and breathing box that crackle. The real problems started with the return process. I packed up the dolls in all the original bags and packaging ready for return authorization. Instead, First they required me to unpack everything and send pictures to them. Then I got a string of reduced refund offers starting at 15% in lieu of returning the dolls. If I insisted on returning the dolls I would have to ship them to the manufacturing site in China. The cost of this shipping is about $100.00 using USPS cheapest means. Again given advertisement of US shipping, this seemed ridiculous. Trying to resolve this has been a nightmare of messages coming back full circle to telling me to just ship the dolls to China. Their dolls have a good reputation, but if you happen to want a trade or get something defective, expect to be out at least 50% of your initial cost!

I was so excited to receive this doll for my niece, but unfortunately the doll I received is completely different from the one pictured, is wearing a different outfit than the one I selected, and has a noticeable odor. I am very disappointed.

I reached out to customer service, and they are only willing to offer a 15%-20% refund. I was told I can return the doll, but only by shipping it back to China, which will cost as much as, if not more than, the doll itself.

Paid $109 for a doll that I never received. The site states the doll was delivered and placed in my mailbox however a 20 inch doll cant fit into my mailbox. I have emailed customer support...what a joke.its like talking to monkeys.I honestly believe that they think if they jerk you around enough you will just give up, unfortunately for them they dont know me! I have placed a claim and of course get the response they will look into the matter and get back with me in 2 business days. I will wait 2 business days and if no response I will let Pay Pay and Chase bank fraud division deal with them. Lesson to learn...dont buy anything from China or Babeside!

I ordered before Christmas and im still waiting. I want a refund but can't figure out how to get it. Not happy with this experience

I placed an order on 28th of November and I'm still waiting for the parcel to arrive. There's no info in your Web, last input is 21st of December "In Transit". We need the parcel to be in Spain the 3rd of January, you said in your Web that you last 7 days to send it... We are very disappointed. If we don't get an answer from you ASAP I will open a dispute in PayPal.

The only thing that I didn't like was the shipping because the box was smash but thank the lord the babeside wasn't. My daughter love that baby she takes it everywhere an people, have too look twice because they think it's real great product

Looking for a realistic baby doll for my daughter without the $500+ price tag I can along babeside dolls! From selecting and ordering my doll the process was extremely simple. Shipping was on time and the doll was carefully wrapped! Her skin is super soft right down to her realistic eyelashes! My daughter is in love with her baby doll and has asked for more! These dolls are toxic. I have ordered 4 and all of them smell. The company adds some kind of aroma therapy tablets with the dolls but that does not get out the smell. People are getting sick including myself. They are also scamming people by claiming that they are going to get a 100 coupon off for the first 5 customers from 10-11 but that's not true and they also claim that you will get a free sticker pack and a free doll outfit but all you get is nothing and they lie and claim that you get the 100 coupon when you don't. They also claim that the coupon can be used more than once in which is another lie too. Don't do business with these people. Their dolls are toxic and they need to be recalled.

My daughter loves her Babeside babies. We have bought her two so far (a baby and a toddler) and they are her absolute favorite. She got one for her 4th birthday and another one for her 5th birthday. Each order arrived on time and just as described. They are great quality, realistic baby dolls. I've let her bring the baby to the grocery store and several people commented thinking it was a real baby!

This is my 4th reborn baby from Babeside. Each baby is just as advertised. I have both full silicone and cotton body babies which look so lifelike.
