Never received my order, tried to contact them many times (instagram & mail) but never received any response. Had to contact my visa company to get my money back!

I only read reviews of the site after placing an order and was mortified I'd lost like 30 dollars. Indeed, 1 month, then 2 whole months, passed and no update on tracking info or package delivery. I assumed it really was a scam at that point, emailed the support team, no response, forwarded my email to them literally 24 times at a time to see if that would work lol.

TO MY SURPRISE, 2.5 months later it showed up (ordered May 27 2020... received August 12 2020 no joke)! The swimsuit I ordered (amore bikini set in red. Attached photo of the white version) looked just as pictured, I'd say it's about the quality you'd expect for 20 ish dollars. Overall I'm super happy with it and look forward to wearing it to the beach. This was an emotional rollercoaster

I thought this place was a scam. Like an idiot, I fell victim to this website's cute advertisements without doing my research. After I found that they never replied to my emails and my phone calls went straight to voice mail, I was sure I'd never get my bathing suit. I placed my order in mid-march and after efforts to cancel my order, I accepted that I lost 20 bucks. But surprisingly, I got the bathing suit, in July? It's a cheap material (still cute though) and runs kind of small, but I got it so I guess its not really a scam. Still would not recommend though.

I did get my "swimsuit" if you can call it that after 2 months of reporting, calling and blocking this organization everywhere, and whatever i got in the mail looks outrageously disgusting, looks nothing like what i ordered, extremely cheap material, color doesn't match, fit is terrible. It's a big scam.

Do not buy anything from this website. I bought 3 swimsuits well over a month ago and have only received one. The one I did receive is nothing like the picture and the sizing is way off (An XL fits like a Medium). Because the suit didn't fit, I've been trying to return it. Their policy states that I have 14 days to return it upon receiving the item. So I emailed Avia swim with "returns" in the subject, like it said to do, and have heard no response. I have called and emailed every single day for almost 2 weeks. I have heard nothing from this site. And I still haven't received my other swimsuits. The customer service of this site is VERY VERY BAD AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Not to mention the swimsuits are not even what they look like online. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

This website screams scam yet I really wanted some cute bikinis. I ordered 2 bikinis during their "sale" that happened to last over 3 months. Their bikinis look like the exact same bikinis sold on Somerfield, including the same pictures with the same model(that's how they got me) They just change the name of the bikinis. After purchasing 2 medium bikinis, I realized my sizing is a small. I emailed them to hopefully change the order and I tried calling them. You can only leave a voicemail each time. No response, and same with my friend who emailed them about her order. A month later, and the first bikini arrived. They ship out of China, exactly like AliExpress. The package arrives and there is no "AVIA" brand. Not to mention, THEY SENT THE WRONG BIKINI, one that is not even sold on the website. Cheap quality, no tags, and the medium that I thought would too big... was too small. What makes it even more suspicious is that the bikinis I ordered are no longer on the website. Not even sold out. As I was searching, the little bubbles on the bottom of the screen stating someone added a certain bikini to their cart showed my bikini Being added to cart ( the same one that I cannot find). I click the link and it shows page not valid. Weird how someone can add a nonexistent bikini to their cart? Their Facebook page shows no comments also, as if they're trying not to hide what the public want to say...
