Withdrawal Issues

I'm extremely frustrated with AvaTrade's lack of professionalism and accountability in handling a simple withdrawal issue. I initiated a withdrawal, but my bank rejected the transaction because they no longer support investment or trading-related transfers. The bank confirmed that the funds were sent back to AvaTrade—I even provided proof of this. Despite clearly explaining this multiple times, AvaTrade keeps repeating the same response: that I must withdraw to the original deposit method. I've already stated that this is no longer possible, and my case with the bank is already in progress. What's even worse is that AvaTrade keeps saying they are "waiting for an update," but they are doing absolutely nothing about the withdrawal that has already been returned to them. No timeline, no escalation, no actual support—just the same scripted replies over and over. This is not how a regulated broker should operate. My money is in limbo, and the company is showing no urgency or responsibility in helping me recover it. If a basic issue like this can't be handled, it raises serious concerns about fund security and customer support. I have been emailing them back and forth for almost two weeks, but all they say is that the case is still awaiting an update. They aren't giving me any updates or anything to make me feel relaxed with regard to my payment. Upon asking for the next withdrawal, they repeat the same thing: "I should withdraw the deposit amount to the original payment method," despite mentioning that the bank is no longer accepting payments, a withdrawal is already stuck, and I am receiving no update on that as well. Account number: ******* Though I appreciate the efforts by my account manager, Waseem, who is the only one who is still trying to contact me and check if the issue is sorted.
