Very poor quality luminescence.
This model of Luminox watch has mediocre reviews stating that the luminescence of the light tubes is not very bright. Unfortunately, I did not do my research before placing my order and only discovered the condition upon wearing the watch for the first time. Please be advised that watches from Ashford cannot be returned once worn. I'm stuck with a substandard watch, now. Buy another model Luminox. This one will disappoint most buyers.

Awesome aviation-themed watch
This is a great watch, and for us aviation nerds, it's amazing. I also love the feel of titanium as it doesn't feel as cold as steel. My only gripe would be the bracelet max size is borderline for those with even moderately manly sized wrists. 8inch wrists will likely be uncomfortable.

Disappointed with watch
The watch and band were listed as made of titanium. Titanium is supposed to be a lightweight metal. This watch weigh the same as any other large watch made of metal. The reason I purchased a new lummox was to replace my 25 year-old lummox because the tritium tubes Were fading. This watches luminosity was low and not much of an improvement over a 25 year old Luminox watch.

I received my fifth Luminox watch last week, and honestly, I'm feeling pretty disappointed with this one.
First off, the watch feels much smaller than the advertised 44mm — it's more like a 38mm, which was a letdown. The dial looks overcrowded, and the numbers are so small they're hard to read, especially if you're over 40. This is a big issue for me, as legibility is important.
The bezel is another disappointment. It's way too loose and spins freely in both directions, almost like a frisbee. This makes it feel flimsy and unreliable, which isn't something I expected from Luminox.
On the plus side, the watch is incredibly lightweight, almost too light, and you can barely feel it on your wrist. The fit and finish on the metal are good, but unfortunately, that doesn't make up for the other issues.
Overall, I'm rather disappointed. While the craftsmanship is still solid, the size, readability, and bezel functionality really fall short for me. If you're looking for a watch with better legibility and a more secure bezel, this may not be the right choice.
