Today i got my swimsuit. The Black one with mermaid on it
On your website they say: luxurious swimwear.
This swimsuit is from very cheap fabrics, very very thin and see trough... and no support ar all... really bad
This company is a complete fraud. I received one of two items ordered. With one item literally in pieces and without hygienic wrapping or stickers. The customer services team suggests that not receiving an item and receiving a low quality unusable and unhygienic item is my issue and that I am not eligible to receive a refund. They have only sent completely generic and useless emails. Complete fraud!
It took forever en so many emails before we could finally send the swinsuits back. This was two months ago. No money back yet! Do not buy from them!
One star is too much for this company! Its been 3 months since i purchased 6 pices they only sent 2 the quality is so poor and definitle not what you see in the picture.
This is a scam company, do NOT use its service. The poorest quality products I've ever received in my many years entire online shopping experience. All the swiming suits are lack of elasticity, wrongly/messy stitched up, low quality material, poorly made, totally not acceptable. I've raised up my concern to them, and they don't take any return/refund, and the reason is "due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accommodate returns & size changes. " The funny thing is they only sell swimming suits which means whatever u take, once you pay and they take money, no return/refund.
Given the money I paid I understand the products can not be real, but at least good quality of copy. The items I received shocked me.
I have frds bought clothes/swimming suits from Zalora which is cheaper and much better quality than this. That shows how scam of this company is.
I bought it only because of FB promotion and sth new to try. Now I realise that doesn't promise anything. Please share or forward this to as many friends on FB u can so they could avoid this scam. Their strategy is quickly sell/spread very poor products through FB and take the money, I really want to see how does this behaviour to be long lasting.
I usually buy online but the quality is awful on AriaVass and I can't return my order. I opened a dispute case in paypal and wait to see what will happen.
I usual dont do reviews but i felt like doing it. I find this website in Fb and Loved the styles and Proces of course. Decided to Order right away without checking reviews or anything. Let me tell you, good thing i Did Not! When i was waiting few days to get shipping confirmation i read all the Reviews and i was like, OH man what a Scam! But I received My Order in about 10 days or so, customer services responded right away and when i got it, Loved It! For the price i paid i Got very nice Bathing suit, exactly from the picture! It is a little loose on the back but its Very Sexy and Classy at the same Time! My Girlfriends loved it as well
Awful quality! Tried returning it and noone is emailing me back. Had to open a dispute case in paypal to get a refund!
I order some with other websites and this one is clearly the worse. Still not received my order since 2 months
I received a damaged swimsuit. It took months to obtain a return address so that I could send it back. They weren't able to guarantee a refund and the shipping would cost more than the suit itself, since it would be returned to China.
But for the late delivery, I think AriaVoss is really cool and the goods are very okay, I'd recommend you to friends.
Do yourself a favor and don't take a chance with this company. I placed an order 2 months ago, finally received my bikini today after receiving the same invalid tracking number with 2 different shippers. Customer service didn't answer my emails when I asked for more info about the situation. The suit actually does look like the one shown on their website, however it's clearly a knock-off with cheap materials and very strange proportions. I ordered a small, and while the bottom fits, the top is so oddly made that I'm not sure who it would fit. There is an insane amount of space between the cups, so much extra fabric, and the back hangs incredibly loosely with no way to tighten it. Overall, poor quality and not worth the time or money spent. Lesson learned.
Personally, I like the customer service, very polite and friendly... and the goods are always in good condition too.
Reviews could be misleading sometimes, so I didn't bother to read them, I just decided to take the risk. So I ordered for a swimsuit and a bra for a start, they were delivered on time and in good condition with a very good customer service.
I finally got the swimsuit i always wanted. I am so glad that i didnt looked at these reviews before ordering. They should improve their contact service the rest is all perfect!

Made a bulk order for several bras(risky though for first time order). But i'm glad i got all the bras on time. One thing i also notice is their friendly customer care, he talked to me nicely and listened to all my newbie questions. Thanks and may order more tomorrow
I first ordered for a swimsuit to test their service delivery and see if I could trust them. Alas, I got my swimsuit as earlier than expected. The quality was great and I will be making a bulk purchase very soon. Great!
Do not order from this website! Never received my order and haven't received a refund. They conveniently delete my comments on social media blasting them but don't return customer service emails. They steal from hard working people... people who work for their money. Very sad... karma will get them!
I ordered a swimsuit, At first i wasn't quite sure enough that if they will deliver a good product or not but when it arrived, It was fab! The product quality was Awesome. Will Order Again!
