Unfortunate disappointment

When the site worked (slowly), it was content that I enjoyed with my children most mornings. Content that spawned conversations and growth. The site went from frequently faulty to nonworking. Reaching customer support has been impossible. I would love my children to continue to receive this content, but it is poorly run and seemingly inoperable.
