We are a small business that have used Anytime Mailbox. We have worked with this service for a number of years, due to the effort of changing your business address. Mail processing was never reliable, from inbound processing, to outbound sending. The straw that broke the camels back was when we were given 1 week to find a new mailing service since they no longer met USPS requirements. It's truly unfortunate and we cannot recommend this service. Please do your due diligence!

However, more than a month has passed since my payment, and my mailbox is still not operational. The excuses provided by Anytime Mailbox for this delay have been vague and unsatisfactory, leaving me feeling frustrated and betrayed as a customer.
Overall, my experience with Anytime Mailbox has been nothing short of disappointing. Their incompetence, lack of professionalism, and disregard for customer satisfaction have made me regret ever choosing their services. Going on our third year with Anytime and after the initial clusterfuk they contacted me and worked things out. Since then they've done everything I asked and expected.
I've been using anytime for over 6 months and although they notify me of new mail both on the app and email, that's the only notification. For example, after notification of mail, I went to the app and chose to forward to my selected address. One day later, nothing shows up, not even the initial contact. This is the second time I've used it and the second time there is no tracking or indication of the progress. 2 of 2 fails, last time I emailed the location directly and they said sorry, then finally forwarded and charged me $23 to put in another envelope and mail overseas. Took over a month to get the letter. This time I have no clue what's up, so sad, I thought I'd found a solution for expats retiring overseas, can't recommend.
I paid $14.99 and $20. After payment I asked support to update details, during chat I asked support if I can anytimemailbox address to register business and support said you can't use their mailbox to register business in US so I asked for refund immediately and they said they will refund initial payment only and denied that they didn't get second payment. I showed them transaction proof but they are not answering and I didn't get any refund yet.
They charged me double for scanned pages. I wrote to them they apologized and gave me credit back. BUT NOW THEY CHARGED ME 12.85 for some expensive forwarding when I clearly chose the option "least expensive." And just now I got 3.99 charge and there were NO MAIL FOR THE LAST few days so what was I charged for? This is robbery in broad day light. Register your business address elsewhere if you don't want to be charged for thin air. I will be looking for another mail provider.
Scam! Did not receive any services yet this company charges my card monthly after I personally called and emailed them and told them that I did not authorize any charges and refused to refund my money!

On Oct 7th requested a mailbox. Went through live notary and application process. Provided images of passport, showed the driving license and a couple other bills to ensure the identity. Received an email that it will take 3 business day until my mailbox becomes functional. I paid $25 for notary and $10 for the first month and then left town. On Oct 17th while traveling I realized no mail has been received and there is a pending task to finish which was related to the fact that someone else had disapproved the document after notary was done! Are you serious?!
I called and called and called and stuck on "our agents are busy" message. I even started talking to chat bot and he failed me saying he is too busy assisting other customers! Lol
After several attempts, I could talk to an agent. She explained that an image of driving license is needed. I uploaded the image of my driving license. Then she said I need to go through another live notary session... puffffff I said ok. Then she complained the image of my driving license is blurry (it was not)!
How one can run a business like this?! So slopy and complicated at the same time. It is just a temporary mailbox and pls dnt make an excuse that "we need to ensure your identity" because no it is not about confirming identity but just an inefficient and broken system.
I requested to cancel the service that I paid but never received but I have lost a few hours of work and 10 days of returned mails plus $25. Do not waste your time with anytime mailbox.
This is another foreign owned company harvesting lots of moolah from dumb Americans who aren't used to being victims of lying, cheating, defrauding and theft. Avoid, Anytime Mailbox. It's all lies, and most of what they are taking your money to allegedly do, is totally unlawful. They are thieves. It's all Lies.
The entire process was going smooth until the notary didn't sign in a certain spot of the form. I did so and sent it back. By this time after 3 days you would have thought I could start using my box WRONG! It has been 2 months since I signed up. I have called, chatted and emailed with SEVERAL associates and you will hear the same words EACH AND EVERY TIME... they are still processing it, we are working on it. I was so excited to start my business and they are the hold up.! Take your business somewhere else, you will get no where with this company except a bill! I requested to close my account and a complete refund my initial payment and this month payment. I definitely should have read some reviews prior to signing up
Well, i used this service for an address for my LLC. I got two extremely important letters for my LLC. And guess what, when i told them to forward those. I clicked "fastest shipping". Now what they did, when i asked them to track my order, they said u didn't select the "tracking number" option and hence we have no tracking for your letters. Its so sick! I mean if i am rich enough to pay for "fastest delivery" why can't I pay for that. And also, even the most ridiculous and cheap courier give you a FREE "tracking number". I wonder why anytimemailbox charges an extra for that! Its been like 2 months and i am waiting for my letters. Its very shameful. They just pocketed the money and left me at the mercy of USPS!
Absolutely awful customer service. If it wasn't such a pain to switch addresses now, I would absolutely drop them. I had an issue with a form I asked for recommendations on how to correct, they sent me some generic response and then when I said that didn't resolve what I was asking, they became very snarky and continued to tell me to reference the thread - so they either didn't comprehend the problem or didn't care enough to try and actually help.
Great idea, but needs controls. You need to verify who is actually providing your service locally. The local office here is in an apartment building. The address also belongs to another competitor mailbox service. It will now be 5 days and their corporate have not replied to my email for questions about their company standards. There don't appear to be any restrictions, identification, or records for, who accesses your mail. They don't even have the minimum of rather simple 24/7 audio/video surveillance and history for customers to access. They need modern systems to minimize others access to your mail, like cameras, scanners, sorting, storage, re-packaging, opening, robots. I wish someone like Amazon would take over this industry.
This company is totally INCOMPETENT! They give you a tracking number but can't track a parcel. They recieved my mail, I viewed it, asked for FASTEST delivery, then never saw the mail again. Avoid this company. Customer service is a merry-go-round circus. Closed my account.
Well let's start up with apply text and not getting one. Does not follow up with your choices. Billing is way off makes no sense. They say one price and charge another. I'm pay close to 9 dollars for one piece of mail forwarding. I called for help and all they could say is use the app! Well it's forwarding my mail without my name? Who box do they think they are forwarding? The list goes on! I will be leaving after this year. I dread changing everything over but, I have no choice in the matter. 9 bucks for regular letter forward? That was not the agreement! I have a friend who uses this she has started having problems too! Billing is way out of hand!
I had a fraud case of a forged check because of one of their mailroom operators, then they cancelled that mailbox without providing good service to help me replace it with a new mailbox and no refund. Then I set up a new mailbox and they never even started the mailbox after 42 days of waiting, it was still pending their verification of my information, and then said it was past 30 days so they could not provide a refund for the second account. The call agent was not helpful but the online chat person was trying to help. Bad experience.
I signed up for a mailbox but didn't finish the application, like get verified which they tell you you must have to get a mailbox.
They charged me for 4 months of having no mailbox and refused to give me a refund. Beware, they are a shady company.
My Anytime Mailbox experience has been stellar. We have been in Europe for 8 months and we receive our mail and follow up actions promptly and without fail. Importantly, we experienced a couple of unique problems with USPS and a sender and Stacy the local representative at our operator (Safety Harbor, FL) was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to problem solve and follow up. She is truly awesome. It is nice to know that they have smart, forward thinking people behind the scenes to jump in when needed. That is so often not the case in other businesses. Keep up the great work!
