I have been looking to get my hands on this item for weeks. So glad ant online could come through not only with the item but making sure everything went smoothly. Looking forward to doing business with them again.

I've had 2 things i've bought from here and both were good experiences from this site and also the cheapest usually in some products. Both products i've gotten were CPU's, while the rest of the over inflated and ego boosted sites like newegg, amazon and a few other's, these guy's were between 10-40$ cheaper on the CPU's i've ordered and never had issues with them, don't think I've had to make an account either to check out/order which those who are iffy about that will see it as a plus. But i definitely keep an eye on these guy's when i'm ready to buy certain hardware anymore.
The experience was a quick and easy process. No hassle.
My first purchase was a disaster: I ended up with somebody's fraudulent return which they had placed a lesser-model CPU inside and made the package to look "unopened". I had to ask ANTOnline for an RMA in that case, which they did ultimately offer. Buying this 2nd processor was painless and I was thrilled to find the flagship model in stock at ANTOnline, when it was out of stock at competitors.
Terrible service from the antonline store, after confirming my order, they took it and canceled it for no reason after a couple of hours, and so the processor was excellent bought it in bhphotovideo but only after 8 days, because that's how much anonline refunded them to me.
By the way, they never contacted me even after my attempts to contact them through the website or email.
Personally I havent used this site before or even heard of it. I'm sure glad I know about it now though. They were very quick with responses and shipping labels for tracking. They used FedEx which is a pretty reputable shipping company. They sent me updates via email when anything changed. Will definitely use this site again.
I purchased an Intel processor, they sent me a FedEx tracking number within the hour. The problem is that they only created a label but never shipped the item to me. It's been 2 weeks now and the tracking shows that FedEx never received the item to deliver to me.
Customer service is non-existent, I had to email them 4 times and create a ticket before hearing back. They said they were going to "investigate" the issue. I never heard back from them again. Now I have to file a chargeback with my credit card company to get my money back.

Ordered because of fantastic pricing and availability. Product was shipped in a paper sleeve, not box, and thus was damaged from shipping - however this seemed limited to the Ryzen box itself and not the processor inside.
