Two Defective Products, No Refund – Disappointed in Anker Support
July 29, 2025

I ordered the Anker 622 Magnetic Battery (MagGo) from their official website on July 15,2025, and received it on July 18. Unfortunately, the device overheated and failed to charge my iPhone properly. I contacted Anker support and was sent a replacement — but the second unit had the same problem and stopped working before reaching 50% charge. I followed their return process, paid out of pocket for shipping and packaging, and provided tracking proof. Despite all of this, I was never refunded. Communication became delayed, and I was left with two defective products and no resolution. I've reported this issue to the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expected more from a brand like Anker.

Tip for consumers:

Despite Anker’s reputation for quality, this experience has left me extremely disappointed. I gave the company two chances with the same product, followed all instructions, and provided proof of return — yet I was left with two defective items and no refund. I hope this review helps others make informed decisions.
