I did order server with software.
They did deliver after weak.
They don't answer my tickets.
They did take money, and refund it and the server is not working
And still after 3 weeks server is not usable because they did install it wrong.
I have lost my time, patiantience and 500$

After 5 years of being with this company, I bought a monthly RDP of $89, the server never starts and when I contact support there's nothing they do. They have the worst support system. 2 weeks of writing tickets that no one acts on. I have lost a lot of my clients due to in-access of the server I purchased, to make matters worse they cant even switch me to another server or refund me. I advise any other user to just find better alternatives than them

Well after using private RDP for more than 4 months, I can must say they are giving one hell of a service and I'm not turning my head towards some bigger plans.
