Ordered some things for Christmas over three weeks ago and have not even received shipping information. Wrote an email to customer service, no response.
Also, after some very simple internet sleuthing, the majority of 5 star reviews on here are obviously friends of the company in Massachusetts.
Ordered several Christmas related items 11/28, and they have yet to even ship. I have received no email updates from the company. Needless to say I won't ever be ordering from them ever again.
Ordered a bunch of gifts for my family for Christmas. Was told shipping would be 7-10 days... packages still haven't even been shipped 3 weeks later. They keep blaming it on covid but I've received everything else I ordered from everyone else... even things I ordered last week. These are gifts for my family that I have to ship
This company is the COOLEST one you will ever come in contact with. Seriously. They have taken a page STRAIGHT out of Tony Hsieh's book on customer relations - not only do they have quality products at a reasonable price, you can normally score a coupon and you can communicate DIRECTLY to the CEO. Tell me the last time you got Fred Smith on the line because your FedEx package was late?! I'm waiting... Yeah. Thought so. Their products also help this Xennial take a trip down memory lane and it's great for Gen Z'ers as well! Good luck bridging that gap! If you're looking for a high-quality product at a decent price, look no further!
I LOVE this site. I have ordered from them a few times and each time the gift arrived when they said it would, and the quality was great. I do see a few negative reviews recently with regard to shipping. Please remember that this is Covid times, and I feel like everything is delayed. We need to cut businesses a little bit of slack right now. I think this company is amazing!
I ordered a witty oven mitt and some socks for my husband from this company and absolutely loved the products and the service was great too. Shipping was the expected amount of time (especially since we are in a global pandemic) and the product quality was top notch. I will buy again for sure! Also, for the record, my husband loved his gifts.
I've ordered a bunch of things off this website. The service has always been great with fast shipping. I've never had an issue with either. 10/10 would recommend and buy from again! The gifts I've bought were loved across the board. I even shipped socks to my brother and used Turd as his first name (bc why not) and they shipped it that way. Love this site!
I love the unique items I found on this site. I'm a big card sender and love quirky gifts and this site has things I've never seen anywhere else. Would definitely recommend. The caboodle card is my favorite as an 80s baby!
For those complaining about slow delivery, I have ordered from multiple sites recently and orders are just slower than usual for various reasons.
They have some of the funniest, most nostalgic stuff ever! I ordered a Dirty Dancing " I carried a watermelon" sticker and I get so many comments about how funny and unique it is. I'm always recommending them to my friends who like quirky gifts. I've never had a bad experience with company, and will definitely continue recommend them as well as order for myself.
I love shopping with Always Fits. I have bought several greeting cards from here over the years that are fun and quirky and always get a laugh from the recipient. Customer service is always kind and courteous and resolves any issue quickly though those are few and far between.
They have unique, super cute gifts! I love their products, and they shipped pretty quickly. I will definitely order from them again, they have items I haven't found anywhere else.
I've ordered from this company twice now to give gifts to friends. Their product selection is full of fun items! My friends have loved the unique gifts that I have given them from alwaysfits! I will definitely do a lot more shopping here!
Its refreshing to go online and find a store like Alwaysfits where you laugh at so much of the merchandise and then forward it to all to your friends so they can laugh along with you. The humor and the nostalgia makes me want to scroll through every item on the site (and wow, there are plenty items to look at!) I recently ordered a mug for a friend and the hardest part of the shopping experience was deciding which mug to get! I then placed an order for myself, because, I'm worth it. The ordering and shipping process was a breeze. I did have a question regarding the mug I ordered and it was promptly answered by customer service (yay!) Totally a fan of this wonderfully unique store
Love their gifts. Adore their hilarious cards, Golden Girls hot sauces, and Schitt's Creek gifts. If you are looking for unique gifts, definitely check them out!
I love this site! They curate fantastic items from small businesses at reasonable prices. I haven't found anything quite like it! There's really something for everyone and I've ordered multiple times. Every time items have shipped on time and packaged well. I'll be a repeat customer for a long time!
Says when you purchase products a 3-5 day shipping period. I had not received mine it had been a month. So asked for my money back they refused. Said it was coming. I showed them receipt with policy said now past birthday of who I ordered it for refund money refused. BEWARE do not have good or ethical customer service!

Given our warehouse delays and the carrier delays, I certainly believe you that your order was late and I'm deeply sorry. :( It sounds like by the time you requested a refund, your order was already in transit. We would never refuse a refund if it was still within our power to refund you! I hope you also know we offer free returns for 100 days! So while I'm sure you already have your order, you could also return it at any time if that's helpful. Please reach out to [email protected] and I'm certainly somebody can help you process a return.
You will get an endless stream of emails asking how they did. I left a very negaitve review that doesn't show up on their site. Hours later I now have been enrolled in every organization's newsletter. I received dozens of "welcome" emails from national companies I did not sign up for. I believe this to be directly related and retaliatory for my negative review about being emailed constantly.
Most customers prefer receiving transactional e-mails (eg. Order confirmation, tracking information) and most don't seem to mind just skipping over a request to review the product if they're not in the mood. I don't believe we send more transactional e-mails than other online shops, but we respect your personal preferences! You'd have our full support if those messages were just not you cup of tea! As for spam e-mails or sign ups that followed your orders with us, I do promise you that we had nothing to do with that! We are a small business and we definitely don't share our mailing lists with a soul! I'm sorry to hear your inbox was so flooded with messages! We can all relate to that! We wish you well, Ozzy!
Unique and off the wall gifts and cards! Love it! Really like my purchases and such a great array of items to choose from.
I ordered a few gifts on Always fits on Saturday and by Monday afternoon they had already arrived, so while the ease of processing my order can't be beat I also just love these products! Vintage, funny, and unique right up my alley! These gifts are going to be a hit!
I saw their ads and so I googled them. Then I saw the dude that reviewed them on this site right before me was a butthurt toolbag that doesn't like feminists, so i knew i would love AlwaysFits.com! I placed my first order and vowed to come back and review them if i was happy with my experience. AND I WAS! I love AlwaysFits.com. Their merchandise is hilarious and everyone I gave gifts to wanted to know the name of their site!
Becky, I hope we've apologized to you via e-mail, but if not, please let me also apologize here. We knew that our small warehouse could not handle the holiday spike while keeping employees safe, so we hired an outside warehouse. They did not live up to their promises or their contractual obligations. :( We are just 8 women in an office in Massachusetts, and we couldn't throw millions of dollars at the problem like perhaps Amazon could. We wish we could have provided you with a better experience. We are rapidly making decisions that will change the way our orders are fulfilled in 2021, and it is our vow to never let this happen again.
