I contacted Alpine after something failed in my mini split. Customer service helped walk me thru the diagnostic steps. We found the problem very quickly. They found a solution in minutes l. They were very professional and easy to work with. I'm extremely impressed. I highly recommend them.
I chatted online with a couple different techs and they were both very knowledgeable and helpful to make sure I purchased the product I needed that would be compatible with my existing system. Also, the follow-up after I made the purchase was great.

Everything went well. Needed help guiding the inside unit up about 7' high while guiding the pipes to the hole. Instructions were off on my unit.The connections to the outside unit were reversed compared to what actually was needed to connect. Worked well after installation. Very pleased with the product so far.

I finally got an AV tech to help me install the 2 WiFi modules and they don't fit. They are too small for the model receptors

My install went very well. However I had make an adjustment to the heat pump position on the wall mount and compromised the low pressure line, resulting in a small refigerant leak. I ordered a 2lbs R410A tank and filled the system to spec. Works great, love it. Techical support helped guide me through the steps needed and answered all my questions. Best tech support of any company I have ever worked with.

One of the control boards on a 4-zone multi-split installed in 2022 failed. The support center walked me through the troubleshooting process, identified the problem (a heating coil that shorted the control board), promptly sent the correct parts. Repair time was less than 30 minutes.

The DIY system arrived very fast after ordering and there was a problem with the components that I received and Alpine Home Air promptly corrected it. I will be buying from them for the rest of the bedrooms in my house.
Answer: They're legit. Like most minisplit vendors, their units are either rebadged Midea or rebadged Gree (depending on the product line). Customer service good, units work with no issues.
