I used to love Alo Yoga and truly saw it as a premium brand, not only because of the quality of the products but also because of the experience they claim to offer. Unfortunately, my most recent visit to one of their stores completely changed that perception. I purchased a pair of shoes at around 5:30 pm, and after trying them on more calmly at home, I realized I didn't like how they fit. For that reason, I returned to the store the next day at 11:00 am to make a return. To my surprise, the staff refused to accept it, claiming that the shoes had already been worn, which is absolutely not true. They were never used outside and were in the exact same condition as when I purchased them. What was even more disappointing than the refusal itself was the rude and dismissive attitude of the staff. No one took the time to listen to my explanation or attempt to offer a reasonable solution. For a brand with such high prices, the level of customer service I received was far below what I would expect. It is extremely frustrating to invest in a brand that markets itself as premium and customer-focused, only to be treated this way when an issue arises. Being made to feel as though I was being dishonest was especially upsetting. Experiences like this make you seriously reconsider supporting the brand. I sincerely hope Alo Yoga reviews this situation and the training of its in-store staff, particularly when it comes to customer service and handling returns. A premium brand is not just about the products, but also about how customers are treated.
