No shuttle at hotel, never told it was out of service until after I parked.
I showed up ~2.5 hours before my flight, parked at the hotel, walked into the lobby, and was told by the hotel staff that they shuttle had been out of service for over 2 weeks, and they had communicated with AirportParkingReservations.com multiple times, as they kept sending people there. I was told there's nothing they could od about it, since they don't have a way to communicate with AirportParkingReservations.com customers directly, so it was AirportParkingReservations.com responsibility to pass the communication and stop selling parking spots for their hotel. I asked for a refund, and not only it took them a month to get back to me, they claim that because I did not cancel in advance, they can't refund it, blah blah blah. Needless to say, this company is REALLY bad, they don't care about customer service, nor they seem to care about future customer engagement. They will not last too long operating this way.
AirportParkingReservations people don't care about customer service, even if they are responsible for the issue, and they created a huge problem for you, they don't care. It's in fact worse than not caring, because that would be OK if they did not affect you too much, but in this case the effect can be as much as loosing your flight and runining your trip, but they do not care at all. Shameless company.

Two weeks ago I made reservations at Theparkingspot at Bradley Airport for September 12 -Sept 20 thru a website call Airparkingreservations.com. Unfortunately our dog was hit by a car and we needed to change our reservations to Sept 20 -Sept 30. On Sept 11 around 8:00 PM I called the Parking Spot and requested the change. I was informed by a very nice lady that she could not make the change because I had made the reservation at Airparkingreservations.com. Their website states that I can change the dates.
I emailed them twice and called them after finally finding a telelphone number. They informed me that I could not change the date and that is just too bad! They informed me that the confirmation they send me said "no changes". They web site states differently.
Now I am out the $80.75 and will have to pay again. In addition I found out that by going directly to Theparkingspot's website the charges are MUCH LESS than what I paid to APR!
