I applied for Canadian PR along with my husband and my brother and they charged close to 3, 00, 000 for the profiles and they asked the amount to be paid during the starting of the process. Once they received the amount, they provided the minimum support. Even after follow ups, I was not at all satisfied as the delayed responses and type of responses that I received from them, hadn't expected at all. They just completed one year and the contract lapsed and they didn't refund even a single penny. I would have given them negative review if it was possible. I don't recommend anyone at all to go via Abhinav. They are thieves.

Above is the biggest fraud migration agent I have victimized.

To have the sale, they will say we will help you and you are eligible.

Once the payment is done that pointing out this criteria is not meeting and you are not eligible.

Every sentence they are twisting and changing.

More over in their internal team itself they are not aware of basic criteria for PR.

I would suggest to review such fraud company to the core that such people will not steal hard earn money of people like me.

Whoever is planning to take the immigration service from this agent, please don't fall into their trap as they are the worst immigration service provider.

Points to consider before selecting the Agent & paying your hard earned payment:

1. False Commitments: There sales agent (Saurav) or anyone else will make you believe that it is far more easier and the profile of your's can be easily selected in Australia or Canada. But what they actually do is preparing a trap for you to make the full payment for their services. 2. Fraud Agents & very un-professional - They will not even bother to update you on the progress of your profile, your profile will never be selected if you are associated with them as they are least interested about your profile once they get the payment.

3. Scammers in real world - Loot your hard earned money & these people won't even addressed your queries.

Please do good research before you select any Agent but strongly recommending not to go with them at all until you want to waste your money & time.

I went to Abhinav consultancy Vashi branch last year in the month of october 2019 for seeking job and setteling down in Canada. I said them that I am working in a stock market as a dealer and have experience of 16 years in my stream but due to competition in India in broking firms, we have no appraisals, I have no savings left because whatever
I earn is forfeited in our monthly expenses. Therefore I am looking for opportunities outside India. I also gave them my complete bio-data and said them that I have no relations with French language. There I got to know from one of the executive that my profile is in full demand all over Canada and I will easily get job if I complete my evaluation credential through WES and also get Score of 7 bands in IELTS.
I decided to take the risk of preparing for IELTS and some how paid their consultancy charges of nearly *******rs which I got as Diwali bonus.
After completion of my needful IELTS and WES approval I got my profile updated in the Canada express entry program and also got the job bank id. When I personally went through job bank site for the search of job related to my profile immediately I got to know that I was cheated, because their are very few places where stock market jobs are available and not all over Canada, as they said in their first verbal meeting. Quickly, without wasting time I called their senior and I asked them few question like
1)Why did you said that their is full demand all over Canada for my profile?( when in actual there are very few stock exchanges)
2)why they hide the points validity period?
(After doing the rough calculation they said that if I get 67 points then my profile will be updated, but did not say that this is only till my next birthday and again I will have to give IELTS and then score 8 bands).
They took the U turn that they have not committed in writing and they never assure job. They also said that they cannot refund. This has let me to tremendous depression. Whatever money I had that I paid them as consultancy fees, WES approval, IELTS examination fees. In all I lost 1, 20, 000.

I also asked them for refund but they denied. There total fees also include charges that they pay to the Canadian lawyer after the invitation received. I also tried saying that they can cut the minimum fees for what they have done the process for me and return the rest amount but still they denied.
