Took two weeks to even ship order
July 7, 2023

Product quality is fine. Took over two weeks to even ship the product which is absolutely asinine. I emailed their customer support to cancel the order before it was even shipped because it was taking so long and they denied the cancelation. Will not be purchasing from this site again. Garbage customer service, horrible order turn around time. No reason one tshirt should take two weeks to ship.

Delays and lies
December 11, 2022

Ordered a shirt a month before needing it. Website stated 5-7 days for printing, 3-5 days shipping.
My event quickly approaching I've emailed 4 times in 3 weeks. Same canned responses stated below "in production" "final stages". Which were lies. Here we are, almost 4 weeks later without the shirt and it has not even shipped yet. It's a shame they brag about American made but are poor representation of it.

In 3 days i will begin to dispute the payment, this isn't what i agreed to and i don't want to save it for next year like others have done. It's unacceptable and they are unapologetic.

I ordered three shirts on May 30th in hopes they would arrive by July 4th. They arrived on June 28th, don't know why it took almost a month to arrive. A custom made watch I purchased from Finland in June took 9 days to get to me and it had to go through US customs. The shirts looked great! Then I put them through the wash before we wore them and the lettering on all of the shirts melted and stuck together. I've bought from AAF Nation before and they had good stuff so I email their customer support. They send me three new shirts and they arrive within a week, but it's past July 4th so maybe next year right? WRONG! I wash the shirts again, same thing happened. All the lettering on the shirts melted and stuck together. This is a women's tank top, men's shirt, and toddler shirt all with different designs. I email asking for a refund since this is clearly an issue with their quality and the best they can do is send me replacements or give me 50% of what I paid in store credit...

The best you can do, for your horrendously poor quality of what you (talking to you AAF) call "product" is give me half of what I paid for in store credit? So my only options is to accept 3 poor quality shirts again, or use half of what I paid to buy other poor quality stuff? You're lucky I'm not reporting you to the BBB and giving you a poor review here. You don't even deserve 1-star. I gave a poor review on their website 2 weeks ago and they didnt post it so they are deleting bad reviews for their product. And for the guy who is the AAF Nation rep responding to others on here. Don't bother, because you have the same reply to everyone else and you and your company truly do not care about your customers.

Absolute dog $#*! customer service.

Purchased 4 shirts on 6-15-2022, it is now 7-22-2022 and still no tracking info or shirts and they refuse to refund me. Can not stress enough, do not do business with them.

Terrible/Will steal your money
July 22, 2022

Ordered a shirt June 11th it is now July 22nd and no confirmation that the shirt has been shipped. I reached out to customer service to get refunded they won't. I told them I just want my money back at this point and they won't give it back and refuse to ship the shirt now. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU ORDERED!

I ordered my family 4 shirts. The discount code wouldn't work so it was over $100. But we were going on our first ever 4th of July trip so I went for it. Here it is a month latter and the shirts haven't shipped. I contacted customer service and they keep saying they are printing and will ship soon. Well now they won't cancel my order and it's too late now to order from another co. Even Amazon won't come until July 5 now. And I ordered June 6! I'm so frustrated and disappointed. Will never order from them again. If you can't wait months for your order don't bother!

Terrible Performance and Customer Service
June 30, 2022

Order a shirt almost a month before the upcoming 4th of July. With no "guaranteed by the 4th" order deadline on their site I figured it would be here in time. Have always wanted to order from these guys and finally did. Will definitely not be doing it again. Have reached out for the past week and every day it's "still printing". "Finishing stages of printing". I'm no t shirt printing expert, but i feel like it doesn't take a week. Every time, I bring up my concern of it not getting here in time and i just get "you'll get an email when it ships". $30 t-shirt with $0.30 service and performance. This thing better be the best shirt I've ever bought. Guess I'll wear it next year… if it comes at all.

I have ordered about three times from them. The shirts are very comfortable and high-quality. When I emailed them telling them my order was delivered but it was not here they responded within 10 minutes and straightened everything out. Will order again!

The quality of product I got from them was great. They reply to emails and seem very helpful. My shirt took 3 weeks to come in but that's a small price to pay for a piece of freedom. Will be shopping here again. USA USA USA!

Unpacked a shirt from the box and all the screen print was stuck to itself. When I unfolded it, all the letters stuck and started curling.
I was really excited to have this shirt, made in America, etc, but doesn't have the American standards I expect.

They will steal your money

I have been trying for over a month to get my shirts and it didn't happen. Then now it's been over 2 weeks and they are giving me the runaround about giving my money back. Every excuse and I still don't have my money back. Do not shop with them

I left a scathing review the other day because I had ordered a t-shirt a few weeks ago and although I got an email quickly with notification of a shipment, I never got my package. When I used the tracking link in the email, it took me to the DHL website where it said the tracking number could not be found. Well, no wonder! The package had been sent via US Postal Service, and was delivered to a common package area for my apt complex. So I *DID* finally locate it on my own, and the t-shirt looks good, just as advertised. If the shipment notification had contained the accurate shipper and tracking number, I would have given 5 stars.

I'm sick of this company and their garbage return policy. They take forever to send you your stuff and it's always way late. When I tried to return it (due to their delay) they refused. I strongly suggest buy literally anywhere else. Walmart has better options and customer care. If you look at their response to the bad reviews regarding shipping, it is all the same "that they're working on it" and something about "synchronized shipping partners" for the past year. Do. Not. Shop. Here.
