I ordered a custom-made dress from 27dress for my birthday, placed well in advance. The company promised delivery long before the date, but the dress arrived four days after the party. It was therefore completely useless for the one and only occasion it was meant for. To make things worse, the "custom" sizing I paid extra for was not respected: the straps were far too long, the bust too wide, and the dress was so long I tripped over it even with heels. I gave my exact mesurements and they were 20 cm over — this was not a matter of interpretation but poor workmanship. Customer service was equally disappointing: their communication was slow, inconsistent, and evasive. Answers were delayed, vague, and contradictory, leaving me in the dark while my event date approached. First they offered only a 30% refund with no return, later 40%, then 50%. They even sent a passive-aggressive message, suggesting that if I appealed further, the process would "take very long and success is not guaranteed." Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to pressure me into giving up. Finally, I caved and accepted their 50% offer — but I never received a single cent. In the end, I paid 100% for something I used 0%. No refund. No accountability. My big birthday party? Ruined! This company completely ruined what should have been a once-in-a-lifetime celebration. I strongly advise others to stay away.

I ordered a wedding dress from these goons, The sent me a whatsapp saying they couldn't find the exact lace i ordered and literally forced me to pick between two totally different kinds of lace, totally different to what i wanted. The said if i didn't pick a new lace my dress would take long to be made. Wasn't happy at all. They sent me a picture of the final dress and its ugly and looks cheap. Miserable bride here :(

The dress arrived quickly, everything its alright. But it doesnt fit properly, also I selected the same color as the picture (gold) and it came rose-gold kind. The color is pretty, but isn't as expected. Its too expensive for the quality.

Be careful if you want to order from this page, there are many people and reviews telling its fishy/scam.

SCAM, FRAUD, AND THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! My daughter bought a prom dress from this site. We paid for Rush delivery well in advance in order to get her dress in time. The prom was this past Friday and guess what WE NEVER RECEIVED THE DRESS! We have called the number on the site thousands of times, no answer. We emailed, live chat, and messaged these people over and over. We have received broken English replies about checking on the order but no resolution! Run fast away from these criminals. My daughter's senior prom was almost ruined, but I bought her a dress in our local dress store. I am disgusted with this company for their lack of integrity and trying to ruin lifelong traditions that our kids work hard to accomplish like a senior prom. How many weddings have they ruined with their bridal gown section? DO NOT BUY FROM 27 DRESSES!

Let me warn all of you buying dresses from this website. I am a fashion blogger and any website that write me to give fake review is fraudulent. Do not order items from this website. All the reviews saying it is a nice website are written by bloggers who where paid to write them. It is so alarming that people are still falling for this site.

Models and people wearing the dresses on this website are not aware that they are on this website. The images are stolen images!
