I ordered and paid for 4 copies of a statue in mid December from this company. Within 3 weeks I got 2 of them, one which was incorrect. I never received the other 2 statues. It is now April.
This company has given me the run around, no good communication. At all. There is no way to contact them other than email, and it takes days for a response.
Stay away from this company, they do bad business.

Do NOT order from this company. Save your money.
I ordered a bobblehead for my husband's birthday. I paid extra for this order to be rushed so that it would be done before his birthday. However, after repeatedly asking about the status, and after the deadline had been missed, they notified me that their artists were on Chinese New Year holiday and would not return until well after my anticipated delivery date. I was not informed about the upcoming holiday, but was told via email that I would be able to receive my bobblehead before Feb. 21st. However, they new about the upcoming holiday, and accepted my rush order, even though they knew that there was no chance of it being completed in time.
I have emailed them several times to ask about the status of the bobblehead and about refunding the rush charge. I was promised photos of the next stage of production after the artists returned from holiday, but have not received any photos, nor any further communications. They have not responded at all to my requests for refunding the rush charge.
I was promised a bobblehead by Feb 21st and have still not received the item. My birthday deadline has passed. They have become unresponsive to my inquiries. At this point, I have contacted them, asking for a full refund. I feel that I have been cheated out of almost $150 and I want my money back.

The end product was rubbish. Kept trying to explain to them how to change the model but none of the comments were taken on board.
Had to go out and get my brother something else for his 40th.
Terrible customer service and expensive!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! My girlfriend ordered a mini-me statue of me for a Christmas present. She was so excited to give it to me, but when we opened it, it was a MAJOR disappointment. It didn't look anything like me. The company lets you see the product before it ships, to make sure that you are satisfied. The first version was WAY off base! She outlined the changes for them and they came back with versions that were unchanged. She went through this THREE times until they finally completed only some of the changes. The guitar that it was holding was made with a bend in it, like a hockey stick. To add insult to injury, she paid the extra money for a bobble-head; but mine arrived with a solid neck with a crack in it. This company has POOR customer service, support, and communication!

This was available through a Groupon offer. Think people. Please! Ordering a custom bobblehead is paying money to give strangers enough financial information and your likeness. It is enough that an unscrupulous organization (or someone to whom the information is sold, or who hacks it and steals it) could steal your identity or empty your bank accounts. You are setting up an account with your address and paying with your credit card. You are sending them four photos - front, back plus right and left views of face. With these it would be possible to do your driver's license and passport and other identity documents. Who will end up with this info? It could even be possible to make masks of your face or entire head and pass through airport security fooling biometrics systems. They could wear a face mask and video conference while "being you". And while this company may not intend to do that, you are giving them identity information and a physical likeness that they can keep forever or that could be stolen from them. There is no Privacy Policy on the web site - but even they copy one from somewhere else, a privacy policy is only as good as the intent behind it. Take a good look at the web site and use your brain. There is no company name, no physical address, no telephone for customer service. The "Terms" on the web site use phrases like "section 1348 of the Civil code" - this a code in France but there is no indication it is a French company even though they desperately try to make westerners feel comfortable in purchasing. They mention a NASA engineer. They say "our technical team is composed of Americans, Canadians and Europeans." But they don't say where it is produced (meaning where all your data goes and is stored) and they don't say who OWNS the business and, ultimately, controls your identity information and image. Americans, Canadians and Europeans are mentioned because they are the target customers and, perhaps, the targets for other purposes. THINK about what you give to complete strangers - unidentified and entirely beyond the laws of your own country - before you PAY them to give them your identity or the identity of a person you love or admire enough to give a gift.

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered expedited service, yet after 4.5 months had heard nothing. They wouldn't respond to my inquiries. I drove to their location in Lewisville, TX - guess what?! It DOESN'T EXIST. Since I purchased through Groupon, they did their best to help. The company cancelled my order when Groupon inquired stating I had requested it be cancelled, which I did not. I begged and begged for 10 days for them or reinstate, they would not. When they finally responded to Groupon, they reinstated my order, but by then I had already ordered a new product from rockbobble.com. They refused for 2 months to refund me. After 2 months, they finally refunded em all of my money. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! THEY ARE AWFUL! Go to ROCKBOBBLE.Com instead, they were awesome!

I'm just going to say that though I have not ordered from them (thank God!) I can see instantly that this is not a company I want to deal with. All the positive reviews you see here are written by Chinese employees or owners, perhaps, of the company because the English is not good, not right. It's the sort of English you see on packaging, poor translations from China. All the reviews that clearly are written by North Americans are very unfavourable. Don't be fooled here folks, this stuff is going to be overpriced crap for sure!
