Very poor Service and Don't buy the product

I have ordered one printer Ricoh ************** Original Black Toner Cartridge. It has been 12 days. They shipped after 10 days once I called the office they only shipped. Through D**************001. They did come to deliver the package. They returned the package. I called there many times but have not returned my calls. I have a law office you can understand how frustrating this is for me.
