I've always had good experiences with zulily. I've had my money refunded on 3 separate occasions because the item I received was broken or seem to be flawed. No hassle at all.

I have ordered a few things and will no longer buy from them. The quality is terrible. Can't return if you don't like it. Spend a bit more and ordered from a site that allows returns and stands behind their product they sell

I had pretty good experience with them. Anyway you have to be aware that there is no exchange policy and long delivery.

I never ordered. After these reviews i dont think I will... if the clothes are legit they are pretty nice but I dont have the energy to fight with a company I had reservations about. Sorry. I wished the revirews werent so bad. They should really take them seriously... alot of them regard shipping and customer care.
