I am OUTRAGED at this company for it's deceptive practices. Particularly because the manufacture of their clothing is in China, where the sizes do not equate to those in the USA. BURIED in their 15 page "Terms & Conditions" is the secret (not mentioned in any ad's} "no return policy". Also not mentioned anywhere is the fact that anything returned must be within 14 days of shipping when in most cases it takes 2 weeks to receive the product. If you return your order without their permission, THET CAN KEEP IT without any refund! Only "Damaged" product will be refunded. Not, incorrect size, or poor quality. There are a couple of exceptions, but they are not clear what they are, and you will only get a "Credit" to their site, less the shipping fee (on both sides}.
You have agreed not to sue them. But you can donate your stuff to a charity, we all know how many people in the USA have lost everything this year.
AND we can report them to the Better Business Bureau for Fraudulent business Practices. As well as any online business evaluation site.

I emailed them this morning and I got a reply this afternoon. They said they've refunded the money to my account and to keep the item! We'll see.

How to return an item?

Worst company ever. Had I read NO Returns, I never would have given them a second thought.
Now I sent back 4 pairs of shoes, that took about a month to arrive and were way to large.
Today I find out I got a store credit, only.
Well they know where they can shove that credit.
Don't shop with this store, they will milk you dry!

I ordered 6 items from Canada... 2 are not suitable and want to return to company but according to all the negative comments sounds like I should just give them away

I have NEVER had a problem with Zulily refunding my money. Generally they don't want you to return the item but will always work with you to ensure your satisfaction. Not sure what up with all these negative reviews! #nohaters!

I'm disappointed. Ordered three tunic tops from same manufacturer. One was way too long like a dress, one was way too generous in front like a maternity top, and the third was the closest to what I was expecting. Reading the Return Policy, it states with return shipping costs, re-stock costs, and initial shipping costs, you may actually pay MORE than what you originally paid for the item. Not worth it. Will never order from Zulily again.
