I'm pretty sure they don't give returns which is why I was so surprised. I had double ordered by mistake and my order hadn't shipped yet. I think it's a hit or miss kind of place

I dont know because I didn't go that far with them. I ordered shoes. Got no confirmation #. And after checking my card, no deduction was made so apparently it never went through. Sorry I am not more help. Good luck on getting your refund.
