I have always received what I ordered. The quality of the itemwhether a dress, shoes or banana holderis equivalent to the price you pay for it, meaning I don't expect a dress to be luxe quality for $19.99. You get what you pay for. The issues I've had sometimes with clothes is a chemical smell that some have, so I do think they need better quality control over some of the clothes makers they use and possibly stop doing business with some clothes makers with lower quality standards. In general, I've been happy with what I've ordered.

Zulily is a reputable site! I've been a customer for almost 4 years now and have been very pleased with my purchases almost always. Their return policy is good but there is a charge for this service. Depending on the circumstances of your return this fee can sometimes be waived. Zulily wants you to be happy with your purchases.

The site is legit, but the products are sub-standard and shipping is a nightmare.
