I recently ordered two items. The fit is fine and I love the style of both, however both have places along the neckline where the raw edge of the fabric was not caught properly in the stitching. Neither is wearable because the problem is so visible. Do you send replacements?

They have started accepting returns on most items, however you do have to pay for the return postage (it is deducted from your refund). I have received a couple of items that broke in shipping & they replaced them without a hassle, just asked me to be sure & throw the broken items away.

They will issue a credit, though it might not be the amount of the item needing to be replaced. I have ordered a lot, and the majority of items were cheaply made. I also started seeing the same items elsewhere. That was enough for me to realize Zulilly isn't worth it unless you are ordering a well known brand.

All depends who answers your query in customer service. I had a fault on a dress and they gave me a £15 voucher and said do what ever you like with the dress. It can cost as much as the item to post back as they want it recorded delivery. Good luck

I had a shirt and only wore it once. The fabric rubbed and worn spots appeared. Just moving your arm across the fabric caused worn spots. I spent close to $200 and almost all I threw away. Very poor quality.

If you complain to the Washington state Better Business Bureau after trying everything else with Zulily you can get a refund. Unfortunately it took me three months of promises and patronizing emails from them about a $200 piece of furniture with a missing piece they kept saying would be sent. After I complained with photos and emails to the BBB, got the missing piece quickly.

I had the same problem with a fresh produce skirt. I was wearing it and noticedit was cut but not hemmed and was unraveling while at important meeting. I think Zuilily must buy throw aways and hang on to your money to make interest for a month. I have returned items and received store credit. I used address on box, no calls.
I don't understand how a company can say no returns. What if it doesn't fit, or isn't hemmed? Deals aren't that great that you should have to keep.
Send it back. Or fix yourself and learn a nasty lesson.
I no longer visit the site. Way too many disappointments.

I believe if you contact them, they will resolve the issue. There are no returns, however they do give credits sometimes.
