Actually just call customer service and they will help you. They have been a lot better recently about refunding monies when something doesn't work out.

I've purchased a couple of things that were sized incorrectly and I hated the quality also. No returns. I'd never buy from them again.

I bought Brand Name and it was not sized correctly. I assume it was seconds that the Brand name would not sell themselves. I contacted customer care and got nowhere I finally filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau and got a full refund with $20 credit

I concur with the other answers saying you can't return and its iffy if you'll even get a credit. I wouldn't order clothes or shoes on this site unless it's a brand you are familiar with so you aware of sizing and quality.

You can't. They tell you that up front. These items are heavily discounted. However if something is broken they will give a credit. At least they did me. You can't expect the same thing you may get at other websites.

Some sales are final make sure your purchase does not fall into that category. Also there should be instructions on their website.

I e mailed them and spoke to about three people until I got a really nice customer service rep that gave me a credit for the amount I spent. Be persistent.

I did not come across anything that was returnable but perhaps check the website and send an email.
