How do I get in touch with you guys with a question about an order? Your e-mail address comes back as undeliverable, and the phone rings once and then goes to busy. Yet I keep getting e-mails and pop-ups asking me to order more stuff!

You have to email service@ zulily, i never have a problem calling or emailing and receive immediate responses

I have always emailed them and they usually get back quickly. Make sure to use their contact us link.

I called and wrote an e-mail plus sent photos of the broken product received but the merchant did not want to replace and be responsible of the products. I will NOT order from Zulily anymore!
