Someone said you can't get a refund even if they send you the wrong item. This is definitely not true in my experience. I have a love-hate relationship with Zulily. The "hate" part is actually directed at me... when I order something I'm not SURE of. They very clearly say: NO returns and they mean it. I don't think they have any way to process returns based on their business model. But there have been 3 occasions when either they've sent me the wrong item or the size was off (toddler slippers were about 6" long!). For those slippers, they apologized and said to donate them and sent my money back. The other 2 were toys... they allowed me to keep what they sent and then sent me the correct item. Can't complain about that.
But I now order only brands/sizes I'm sure of... not a shirt that looks cute on the model but had huge sleeves that made me look like a flying bat!

Yes you may return but make sure you get a return slip with the mailing strip. Everything must have the original labels or whatever it came with. They do give store credit. Yes some items run small but you learn those labels. Not every label is not what their charts say, that what I have used and 2 out of ten are small.

It states on each page where you order that they don't allow refunds. As you know sizes vary from brand to brand so your best bet is to order things from brands you know. I did order something that was one size fits all, and it was huge, but since it was cheap, no big loss.

Maybe my experience was abnormal, but I will never ever buy from them again. Received the wrong item, had to contact customer service 3 times, was promised store credit and a refund but actually got neither after sending their item back as instructed. Apparently, some have had good experiences, but as for me... nope.

Yes, they will give you store credit so you have to buy more shitty stuff

They suck. You can try to make a case - say you are not happy with the quality and the clothes are not as represented. But be patient and keep pushing... there's no quick way to return.

You are correct. You are unable to return an item, however, most often if you call and talk to their customer service they will either give you a credit or refund you.

I was looking at some outfits for my granddaughter. I had several outfits saved and since this was my very first purchase from Zulily, I decided that I'd order just 1 outfit and be sure the size was accurate before ordering the other additional items. I ordered it and immediately decided to take a screen shot of the outfit to get my daughter's opinion. She is very picky with they style she dresses my granddaughter in so I cancled it. It was just a quick after thought and as I hit place order and immediately went back and cancled. It quickly stated order was cancled. The next, today I saw they charged my account. I emailed them and they have yet to contact me.

You can get a refund, have bought some stuffs for my son, they are wrong size, called the customer service and they make the refunds as a store credit. All that i have purchased from zulily are good stuffs. I will keep shoping with them because they have unique stuffs,

I have not returned anything to the since I purchased; I cannot say what thats like.
