User ID is your E-mail address. If problem is password, go to Settings, then Account, then Password, then Forgot Password. If you need further assistance, there is a Contact option, which I used to complain about the site, and I got through via phone quite easily.

Only because as others have already stated "it's a bad dating site" you need to inform others as well...

Dont fret over forgetting your password. It is probably the best thing to happen for you with this site. Just move on to another site. This site has nothing but fake profiles and pictures. What happens is that while you are a free member you get all kinds of messages that you cant read, all kinds of people checking out your profile, ect, ect. Then your curiosity gets the best of you and you become a paid subscriber. You reply to letters that you have received and never get any responses. The interests in you start to dwindle until there is virtually no activity coming your way. What does it matter to them. They have your money and your credit card number. So here is my advice cancel your credit card that you used and FORGET about ZOOSK. It is nothing but a rip off

I think if you enter your email address that you sign up with, they will send your info. If not, there should be a "help" section... I did forget my user id once, but it's been a while since I've had to retrieve it. If you have Facebook, you can log on through there, as well. Good luck!
