I get notification that someone wants to chat. I send them a messaging and get no response. This has happened too frequently to be people changing their mind. So how do I get my money back

They're all right, you do have to pay for that feature. Zoosk charges for everything!

They are either non-paid members or they are auto-generated from bots to entice you to get a paid subscription. I was a member for 18 months and met many "real" women... most were not my cup-o-tea, a couple were looking for hook-ups/one-night-stands, a couple were cheaters or swingers, and finally one turned into a serious relationship. Bottom line is that you have to do more than pay, you have to actually have conversations and go out and meet people!

Chances are, they are not subscribers. :( Not sure you can get your money back though.
