Evidently you are not a paid member, they say free, but only to look, no contact unless you pay subscription fee.

Not easy at all! None of them are :(

You have to PAY to be a member before you can send messages. Only paying members can communicate to other paying members. As a free member, you can only view profiles and send "winks"
