Zoosk
Questions & Answers

Does Zoosk send automatic "winks" because I know that I have received responses from men that I didn't and would never send a wink to. Also I was communicating with a person one day and the next day he is gone. I'm beginning to think this whole thing is a fraud!

I am actually currently dating a man that I met on Zoosk. We have been dating since August and are completely in love. Already talking about getting married! He's fantastic. Yes, you have to be smart, and careful, but you can find someone if you are willing to be diligent and put the time in to it :)

Hi Julie, I did meet a wonderful woman in my area through Zoosk this past October. I can assure you that the site is not a complete fraud and it can work. I didn't care for the stupid little "gifts" you could send or the idea of purchasing "coins" for different access. I absolutely believe some of the messages you get about interested members are just nonsense. All I can say is that you need to be careful, smart, and patient regardless of where you join. Match.com is a little bit better, but still, just be smart and cautious. Hope this helps. Good luck!

I was on just a couple months and had several chats and some meets with men. I did find my man and we are still very happy together. Some of the features may be automated but it wasn't an issue with me. I think it was worth the price of membership to meet my loving man.

I think most of Zoosk, like all the others, has fake automated profiles. Why? To make the site look full of available people. So they populate it. They also send auto responses from a profile that is fake. This is terrible because you end up wasting your time not knowing you're just talking to nobody. The website AshleyMadison had a huge class action lawsuit for pretty much the same thing. Another thing that Zoosk and others do is never completely remove profiles of actual people. These could be the "auto" profiles.
The good news is that not all profiles are fake. I did communicate with a handful of actual woman. To be completely honest, I am currently dating someone that I met from Zoosk. It's been almost a year and it's become a very serious and loving relationship. Although dating sites can have stupid features and functionality, they all do one great thing, and that is give people the ability to find the right person for them in a much much faster way than conventional ways of trying to meet people. The longer you are on Zoosk the more you be able to spot the fake/dead profiles from the real/live profiles. Good luck finding that special person.

Someone can send you a wink the same as you send one to them. However I don't think

You need to realize Zoosk 's business model is based on deception. I had a lot of back and forth with them after getting a msg a woman had sent me a message. I happened to know the woman and she never did. I complained to the BBB and Zoosk finally admitted they have a feature that allows people to send out mass msg's. It is just fraud stay away from this company. I like POF.

I have gotten winks, the ones I had replied to were not available. I joined due to one member got my attention, after I joined she was no where to be found and believe me I contacted zoosk and no luck. I quit. There was another member that caught my attention during my first month and I had no luck either. After I cancel my membership I was still getting notifications and I wink at the last one I mentioned before. Supposedly she replied back to contact her, So I joined again to find out she never read my reply. You guys are smart you can make your own opinion.

I haven't heard of auto-winks befor, but with all the other fraudlent acts Zoosks does, i would not be supprised if they do. Zoosk is like a magic show, all illusions. They trick people into the illusion that they have so many "ACTIVE" members. Auto winks would be just another trick in my opinion.
Be ware that if you cancell your membership, and delete your profile, it will still be there for Zoosk to use for their game.
