I ordered on October 2,2020 ( see my review under L. A.) and they refused to help. I just learned that you can dispute the charges but there's a time limit. The suggestion is that the company is waiting you out until you can't dispute the charges anymore and then there will be nothing you can do about it. I'll be looking into the Federal Trade Commission today.

I ordered 11 items from them on November 5th. I have received 2 shipments of 4 of my items. Tracking shows 4-5 of them have been sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks. I will not be ordering from them again as I also found the 4 items I got do NOT look like the items in the on-line images. Good Luck

Trust me... what you get you will not want... you would be better off cancelling the order now and filing with The Federal Trade Commission. I have been waiting for a refund for 3 months and the parts of the order I did receive were sized wrong. Clothes from China are very poorly made and their sizes are not comparable to ours. When you get your order... if you do... and everything is wrong... please contact the F. T. C. Because you just lost $151.38.
