I ordered a cardigan ring and booties and it is telling me that my stuff is delivered to my house and signed for by NULL but um idk who or what that means but I need my stuff or need to find out if something has happened to my stuff!

I left i really bad review on their site and the sitejabber website cause i was really unhappy with my order. Then Zaful actually took initiative to contact me and refunded me. Maybe you can try that?

Good Luck, I'm sorry to say. It took my stuff over a month and then ended up next door at my neighbors house. Then when what I ordered didnt fit it is absolutely impossible to return the items and get a refund. I ended up giving what I ordered away, thank god it was only $30.
