I didn't expect high end goods but I did expect to get my order. It never arrived since Sept. And never will. They are a scam!

Zaful gives you several shipping methods and include an option to track your package and get insurance. If you take the free option and they send it on a slow boat from China, that is your choice. So far I have received all my orders. I live in the USA and choose "standard" which includes tracking. As far as quality, what do you expect at these prices? Designer high end goods? I think not. These are trendy fashions. Don't expect Dior, and you won't be disappointed.
