A: my order didn't take long, I had to wait approximately 3 weeks and then my order came.

My first order took about three weeks. The second order I didn't receive for two months, I had to contact them with my order number and they sent me another item out. That took about two weeks. Do you have a confirmation email from them? If so, contact them with that info.
