How do i make a return?

We will refund/exchange any items that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition to our warehouse within 30 days of receipt. However, for hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on pierced, jewelry, underwear or swimwear, unless the items are visible defects. Below is the instruction on how to ask for a return.
1. Please log in YOINS account on the computer (My AccountView Orders) to submit return application.
2. Simply submit the return reason. In order to check the arrival status of the package, and provide the accurate solutions quickly, please upload the pictures of the items.
3. Wait 24-48 hours(not include the weekend) and log into the account center again to check the solutions. Choose the result of your satisfaction or return to us.
